Fireworks are illegal in Toppenish City Limits

The possession, storage, use, discharge or explosion of all fireworks is against the law in the City of Toppenish unless a state permit has been issued. Any fireworks prohibited by law shall be subject to seizure and forfeiture and no property rights will exist in them. Violators may be cited with infractions and receive fines of up to $500 for each infraction.
