Allen “Al” Hubert was a dedicated public servant, serving our Nation and the City. He served on the city council for 12 years and was a huge part of the Toppenish Community. Up until his passing, he served as a Planning Commissioner and on the Parks and Recreation advisory board. Al was a man who believed in Toppenish, he demonstrated a strong sense of purpose and commitment, and he stood up for what was best for all of the people he served. Toppenish will miss you.

*Served the US Army for 40 years retiring at the rank of Command Sergeant Major in 1992.
*Served in the Washington Army National Guard.
*Served as City Councilmember from Jan 1, 1996, to Dec 31, 2007.
*Served as Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Member Nov 14, 2016, until his passing.
*Served as Planning Commissioner member May 8, 2017, until his passing.
